2.2. Commitment to Education: Seek applicants who demonstrate a strong desire to learn and succeed academically. This can be gauged through personal essays, interviews, or recommendations.
3. Community Involvement and Character
3.1. Volunteering or Community Service: Give preference to students who have shown a commitment to helping others, which reflects their character and alignment with the organization’s mission.
3.2. Character References: Recommendations from teachers, priests, pastors, mentors, or community leaders can provide insights into the applicant’s work ethic, integrity, and resilience.
